A’arab Zaraq

A’arab Zaraq (“The Ravens of Death” or “The Ravens of Dispersion”) is the seventh sphere of the Qlippoth, corresponding to and inverting the holy Sefirah, Netzach.

Netzach represents raw, spontaneous emotion, the beauty of untamed nature, and healthy passion. A’arab Zaraq corrupts this healthy flow of emotion. It represents the poisoning of desire, emotional manipulation, uncontrolled fanaticism, and passions that have become sour and destructive.

Archetypal and Psychological Expression

  • The Raven of the Battlefield: If Netzach is the green, life-giving aspect of Venus/nature, A’arab Zaraq is nature red in tooth and claw—the scavenger bird feeding off the dead. It is the joy of the slaughter rather than the joy of life.
  • Emotional Manipulation: Psychologically, it represents using emotions not to connect, but to control. It is the realm of hysterics, fanaticism, and the weaponization of the Anima_and_Animus.
  • Twisted Aesthetics: While Netzach creates art to elevate the soul, A’arab Zaraq uses art and beauty solely to seduce, entrap, or degrade.
